By accessing or using the Teknologia AI platform ("Platform"), operated by Masarat Technologies ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, applicants, and registered users of the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Use of the Platform

The Platform is designed to connect AI professionals and companies with businesses seeking AI talent and services. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
• You agree not to use the Platform to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content.

3. Application Process

Submission of a profile or application does not guarantee approval or listing on the Platform. Masarat Technologies reserves the sole right to approve, reject, or remove any profile at its discretion. Approval decisions are based on our vetting criteria and are final.

Approved profiles may be featured in our network and presented to potential business partners. You grant Masarat Technologies a non-exclusive licence to display your profile information, including name, headline, skills, and portfolio, to users of the Platform.

4. Data Usage

By submitting an application, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your data will be used solely for the purposes of vetting, matching, and platform operations.

We will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with business partners will only occur with your explicit consent or where necessary to fulfil the services described on this Platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Masarat Technologies or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (profile information, portfolio items, CVs). By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and reproduce that content solely for operating the Platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Masarat Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of business opportunities or data.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or that any connections made through the Platform will result in business engagements.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may request deletion of your profile and associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kuwait. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
